Last January 18 (Sunday), the City of Cebu welcomed millions of pilgrims in a grand celebration of Sinulog in honor of our beloved Señor Sto. Niño. As part of this meaningful cultural observance, Zonta’s Z Club students from Childlink Learning Center, together with their dedicated teachers, took part in nurturing cultural awareness among young children. Through age-appropriate activities and storytelling, they helped explain why Cebu City celebrates Sinulog and the values of faith, history, and devotion it represents.
To protect the privacy and identities of the children, their eyes were covered in all photos, in keeping with ethical guidelines for working with minors.
